Prof. Ajay Kumar Sood, Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, joined the Stakeholder Briefing for the 3rd Technology Dialogue at The Claridges, New Delhi, on 4 September 2026. He was joined by Dr Samir Saran, President, Observer Research Foundation (ORF); Dr Shivkumar Kalyanaraman, CEO, Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF); Dr Rudra Chaudhuri, Vice President, ORF; and Mr Anirban Sarma, Director, Digital Societies Initiative, among other stakeholders. As part of the briefing, Prof. Sood launched the ORF report, "The Frontier Audit 2026: Tracking India’s Scientific Readiness", which highlights India’s R&D ecosystem across six frontier fields: AI, mathematical and computational sciences, materials science, biotechnology, space and quantum technology.
